Not sure when the next Start It Up class will be, but I'll be sure to let you know when we resched.
If you'd like, we may be able to meet one-on-one at some point if you'd like, especially if you have any specific business start-up or operations questions.
It's Tahoe! My hands were very cold taking that picture and I very nearly cracked open my head falling off the log. But, you know, yoga is so relaxing, I didn't mind.
Hey nice lady-
Nice to see you and the fam. Did you end up at city hall on Fri.? What a night..SO glad the little man and I made it. Call me...come get poked.

Of course the seminar is a sleepover! And of course you will be prevented from eating, drinking, using the bathroom, or sleeping... & then the brainwashing begins!!!
Oh just wait until you see my pink qigong prom dress...
Feel free to make whatever tasty munchies are easiest for you to make. We'll appreciate whatever you bring!
Hi Michelle!
I have notes from all Program, but they are not well organized and do not know if you will undersdand my handwriting. If no one else will suggest you notes -- you are welcome to copy mine when I am at school. You can call me and remind to bring them in. I keep them at home and use some times to refresh and I also have a lot of other Qigong info in the same notebook which I might need any time. And if you will have any question regarding form Guigen or Yi Jin -- you can also ask me.
