So Dawn and I are going to SF this Friday if you want to join us.
I am going to get up and get down to Berkeley to get on BART at 8:00am ... and head into SF... are you still interested in going?
I will be heading back in the late afternoon to catch the bus back up the hill.... I would probably leave SF around 5:30-6pm.
I do trust Rishi, and their highest puerh (Puer Wang, I believe) tastes great. However, even they will be artificially creating their puerh, since the aged supply will be gone soon.
So, I just spoke with Dawn and she wants to go next week.
I still have tomorrow open and would enjoy meeting you and adventuring elsewhere - Republic of Tea perhaps?
If you are up for it or have another place to visit or another idea, then please, give me a call: 408-318-2292
I am open to doing some art/gardening/museuming/tea-tasting as well... there are endless things I suppose...
Otherwise, there is endless nothing to do as well. I think no matters, I will be going to SF on Thursday for to meet my friend and see his new space/home-place. I will probably go early to hit up the Rainbow or... maybe mini-China.
It would be a lovely time to travel with a new friend.
I'v wanted to check out Numi... I have yet to - would love to go, share some tea and transferring of images to paper
I will be around for most of the break, though I am home with family this weekend. Next weeks.. are open.
CORN. I believe it is on the table of discussion and there is much talk of harvesting corn - we shall see.... surely yours will be righteous golden stalks.
I found this miraculous medicine through an experience with a Hong Kong TCM doctor. I felt myself asking way too many questions than my books could answer, and decided it was time to explore it officially. Now I am enrolled in this lovely school, and am enjoying the challenge that it brings to me. I feel like it is an exciting time to be in this field, and will only get better as more and more people cross over into the realm of natural medicine. So far, my favorite aspect of my schooling is by far the herbs, I feel it resonates with my spirit. I look forward to meeting many new people in this community, and learning from their life stories and experiences!
My favorite modality:
Herbs
About Me:
I moved to SF from Pittsburgh, PA in 2002, for fashion design school.
My background is in fashion/costume illustration and design, a passion which I am continuing to explore in my free time. My main interests are film, design, art, drawing, sewing, gardening, (am holding up My First Carrot in the pic!), cooking, travelling, laughing, reading. Right now I am extremely curious about the science of exercise and the brain, so if anyone knows a lot about this, chat me up! I'm always looking for art/sewing/knitting buddies...

Thank you for sharing your garden treasures. I look forward to swapping, sunbeaming, and solar-flaring.

I didn't feel it appropriate to spring a hello on you and I was enjoying my soup before my first class of the trimester...
Have a fun first day!
